Barbara has gained her extensive experience over the years through her doctoral studies and postdoctoral fellowships abroad, including at the Biochemistry & Molecular Biology Department at The University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (USA) and the Division of Biochemical Toxicology at The National Center for Toxicological Research, Food and Drug Administration (FDA) research center (USA). For many years, she conducted research in numerous scientific projects and continued her education through postgraduate studies and courses.

Her main areas of scientific interest were cancer biology and toxicology. The knowledge and skills she has acquired over the years now serve her well in her new role. Her optimism, empathy, energy, and other leadership skills enable her to inspire and motivate the team to meet new challenges and successfully complete even the most demanding, complex projects and tasks, often under time pressure. Barbara represents the R&D Department at client meetings, trade fairs, conferences, and other events related to promoting research results and products. She also builds business partnerships with experts, research institutions, and universities, which drives the dynamic development of the R&D Department and the realization of ambitious research projects.

Michał has extensive experience gained during internships at renowned laboratories both domestically and abroad (a paid internship at the School of Chemistry at The University of Nottingham, UK). His specialization includes the fields of chemistry, biotechnology, and pharmacy. He has skills in implementing various analytical methods, validating and optimizing laboratory tests, and planning experiments. Through many years of work in the pharmaceutical industry, he has developed a high level of reliability and accuracy in research results. His independence, responsibility, and excellent organizational skills enable effective planning and achievement of research goals. At AronPharma, he is responsible for, among other things, implementing procedures and quality standards, selecting and developing analytical methods, planning and supervising stability studies, and ensuring that all activities comply with regulations.
